'10-'11 Intro to Figure Skating

This program has an open workshop environment that is set to music and emphasizes edging, jumping, and spinning for 30 minutes.  The class will start off-ice for 15 minutes of warm-ups and stretching.  This workshop is geared for those who have completed Basic level 4 & up.
