Wayne Evans has been involved with hockey in the Atlantic District of USA Hockey as a hockey instructor and coach for over 25 years. Over these years his main focus has always been on Player Development not just at the physical skill level but the attitude towards the game as well. Wayne has worked with various rinks and organizations to develop their programs and was the Assistant Director of Girls and Women player development for the Atlantic District of USA Hockey. He has coached at most all the age levels at the Tier II Level along with High School, Keystone State teams, College and Juniors. Wayne attained his USA Hockey Master Level in coaching in 2002 with the “Best” rating on his thesis on How to Develop Successful Coaches, Players and Teams.
